Cute bag

This is review regarding my online shopping experience for this product at Bloomingdale’s. I placed a this bag online and it got shipped out from YSL corporate. After a week of waiting, I got a notification that FedEx sent back to seller after I missed its only first attempt. I wanted the bag so bad that I called Bloomingdale client service to find out what happened. After spoke to the Rep. I decided to place the bag order from YSL instead and got the bag in a week. However, I did not get my refund from Bloomingdales for almost 1.5 months. It was such a frustrating situation for me as new customer for keep calling to request my refund. Every-time I called, I spoke to a new Rep. and they said the same thing over and over… that they already submitted my refund request and still waiting for YSL response. I meant it took almost 2 months after I spent hrs on the call multiple times which different Rep. to get my issue resolved. And it was not even my false in a first place. I understand the store policy and procedure: however I am your customer and you are representing me so when things doesn’t get resolve in time, you should know how to escalate and follow up with your customer instead of waiting for me to call and request for multiple times. After this time, I don’t shop designer products and thinking of order any online from Bloomingdale unless it’s available at its store.
