Reordered 2nd time A stain missing card and thread

Very disappointing, wanted this as a Mother's Day gift to me. Reordered it 2nd, again there are issue with the purse. there seem to be some stain or something and all the threads on the corner seem like they are about to come off. Most of it all. a saint Laurent card is missing it's just a big envelope.
