She is beauty, she is grace

I'm so in love with this bag. I truly believe it’s the perfect first luxury purchase. Unboxing it with my mom and sister was such a fun moment—we were all giggling with excitement. If you can’t tell, this was my first “luxury purchase” all on my own. I couldn't be happier with how perfect this bag is. It’s just the right size—not too big, not too small. In my opinion, the gold hardware and black leather combination is unbeatable. It goes with everything! But, of course, go with what your heart desires. I’m completely obsessed and I'm sure I'll be receiving lots of compliments!

Best Product in the whole world !

I like that this bag is sturdy with a good amount of storage. While this bag is great as a shoulder bag, it sits a bit awkwardly high as a crossbody. If there was just another 2" on the strap, it would be perfect but at it's longest point (strap is adjustable), it sits just under my chest whereas I'd prefer it to sit at my waist. I definitely get more use out of this than the Le 5 á 7 bag, but not as much use as my Prada bags. If you don't mind or don't intend to wear it as a crossbody, it's incredibly functional with a very high quality, thick leather feel.

Look nice but Bloomingdales CS dept is not

Well, it looks lovely in the picture online, I wouldn't know how it looks in real life considering I NEVER actually got the freaking package and good look trying to get Bloomingdale's help on this if this happens to you. What I can review is the gross incompetence of Bloomingdale’s "customer service" department and that includes their Citi credit card department. I have LITERAL video feed proof that no one delivered the package that day, proof that the driver didn't get my signature (or my Husband's) to release the package and yet I am STILL fighting to get my money back all while paying the freaking credit card bill because I can't trust a thing anyone in their CS department says to me at this point. I have literally been passed around so much EVERYTIME I call in that I am convinced I have spoken to everyone that works there and yet I have not gotten the same answer from anyone. I've worked in a call center before; I know good training when I experience it and they do not have it. Not
