Purchased the Signature tag for a female college graduate. Really liked that it concealed name and address, the gold monogramming was beautiful on the blue and, as promised, scaled to size perfectly. Perfect gift for a young intrepid traveler.

The personalization factor really makes this gift gorgeous. The embossing was beautiful. But we are having trouble taking out the paper that comes with it to write our info inside. Other reviewers had this similar issue it seems.

I love the tag! But the embossed initials do not show up and on the website it shows it in silver I guess but when you choose embossed, the picture shows the initials in silver so I assumed that is what the embossed looked like. You did say I can send it back and you will redo but sending back isn’t a simple thing to do. I was hoping you would send a new one and a return label for the other.
