Size

Bought 2 sweaters in different colours and one is smaller than the other even though they were both XL. So disappointing

Nice feel but reservations about pilling generated by transportation and future appearance

Cashmere sweater feels lovely however arrived heavily pilled, providing a used appearance. My immediate reaction was to request a refund however online research suggested that piling is a normal feature of cashmere wool, though heavy pilling might also suggest an inferior quality wool. Having faith in the Rodd and Gunn brand, I removed the pils utilising a pil removal device and filled the catchment chamber twice. Future wear will determine whether my decision to retain the sweater will be regretted.

Quality materials and good fit. Runs a little small though so consider going up a size.
