Be aware

The necklace came loosely packaged in a paper fold-together Bloomingdale's box instead of the Roberto Coin box. The chain is very delicate and the pendant tiny. Not what I expected for this price, hw it is beautiful.

Perfect necklace

Perfect size in between delicate and a little more substantial. The diamonds are sparkly and the shape is classic. I plan to get more from the set. It came in standard Robert Coin packaging. Perfekt for a gift.

Poor presentation and customer service response

The necklace is beautiful, but the presentation and customer service experience were quite disappointing. The necklace came loosely packaged in a paper fold-together Bloomingdale's box instead of the Roberto Coin box that I have received with in-store Roberto Coin purchases. I contacted customer service and requested the appropriate box be mailed, and was recommended to go to a Bloomingdales store to ask for one. I will be returning the necklace this weekend.
