Not what I expected in quality or presentation

I ordered this as a birthday gift for my wife. And eagerly awaited its arrival. Unfortunately, upon opening it I was thoroughly unimpressed with the quality of the item or the presentation. Presentation: It was sent in a basic black cardboard box with the necklace dropped in. Like it was a returned item and was thrown in hurry. The necklace chain was also heavily knotted. I spent 10 minutes trying to untie this to no avail. The overall impression was this seemed more like a find at Ross vs Bloomingdales. Quality: It's small. Maybe a cm in diameter. The chain is very thin and as noted above prone to knotting. Minimal sparkle and I wasn't wowed by it.
