Smaller than expected

I wanted to love this necklace so badly. I ordered it for curbside pickup. I got in the car and opened the box to show my husband and his eye roll said it all………. I tried it on and honestly was planning on keeping it. I ordered the letter S. I was looking at it in the mirror and noticed it wasn’t staying flat. I’m not sure if this happens with all of the letters but my chain was not staying on the little track and because of that it stayed flipped on the plain side instead of the diamond side. Sadly I returned it. Trying my luck with the LANA white gold and diamond S necklace.
