These earrings have a nice width to them that gives them a much bigger bang for their tiny size. Overall, they are a great style and beautifully crafted. I did, however, have two issues with them upon receipt. The first is that they still had a price tag attached, $540, that was $30 cheaper than the website published price (that I paid). I know the price of gold is changing daily but this should have been checked before shipping. When I called customer service they said I could only get a price adjustment if I brought the earrings into a store but I don't live anywhere near a store. And, also, does anyone else's have the synthetic ruby inside? I know that these are small but it is a trademark for the designer and I did expect to find it.

I absolutely love these earrings. Perfect size for everyday wear. There is a bit of weight to it, but yet so so comfortable on the ears. I love the closing mechanism, it feels very secure. A very solid buy!

Interesting, it's gold plated in rhodium, and they actually say in the small print that it will wear off and need to be re-plated. Why would I actually buy gold earrings that will need to be "plated" again in the future?? Hard pass for me - returned!!!
The reason is that all white gold SHOULD be plated with rhodium (which is actually 4 to 5 times more expensive than gold) in order to maintain the white color and luster. It eventually needs replating to maintain that color and shine and is an expense for maintaining your jewelry just like pearls that need to be restrung.

I really like Roberto Coin jewelry. I find it to be understated beauty. Made well and very durable. That being said I really like these 18kg gold hoops. My hesitation on them is they are difficult to close. I really like them though and at the moment I’m trying to make a decision on keeping them or returning them.

I have been looking for the perfect little earring and this fits the bill. I am moving to a simpler style and these earrings are great. Not too small and not too big and I can wear them with everything. Bought the white gold as well.

I have worn these earrings every day since they arrived. They are supremely comfortable and versatile. The 18k gold gleam is beautiful. The stem is a little difficult to click into the slot but it is secure once engaged. So happy I purchased these.
