Don’t buy. The metal frame cracked at a seam

I purchased the adjustable base less than 4 years ago. The metal framed cracked and split at a seam. Despite claiming a 20 year warranty, they will not accept responsibility for a crack and full break of the metal frame at the seam. The company has offered no explanation as to why its not covered or why a metal frame would just crack in half. Don’t waste your money.
