It is NOT oversized. Fits small

Bought this in my regular size because it was supposed to be oversized. I always size up when wearing Reiss. But I went with my normal size. It’s not tight but it’s far from being oversized. The quality and the crocheting is amazing though. Returned it because of the sizing issue. I would recommend you size up unless you are really slim and want it to be slim fitting.
