Wish it fit

I bought an xsmall but it till was too big in the top portion. It fell to low in the breast area and too long under the arms. Would have been cute. It is a knit sweater like material on the top. There wasn’t a way to alter. If, it came in petite maybe it would have fit. I usually am an extra small or a size 2, sometimes a size 4 depending on the designer. I’m 5’2 and 115 pounds.
