TOO SMALL AND SHORT

Very disappointed with this purchase not because of the quality but the sizing issue. Not true to size and insanely short & small! I bought the acacia pink cardigan (12 months) for my 7-month old niece who is on the small size. The sweater looks like it shrunk in the dryer & could fit a large toy doll. Sheeesh!
