Ralph Lauren Garrett Decanter

This decanter is beautiful and was ordered for a gift, however, unfortunately the way the vendor packaged it resulted in damage during shipping and I had to reorder it. Please know that this was NOT the fault of Bloomingdale’s since it was shipped directly from the vendor (Ralph Lauren). The customer service from Bloomingdale’s was absolutely wonderful to work with and they refunded me for the two broken decanters that I received and helped me complete returns on those. Finally the 3rd time was a charm and I received the decanter damage-free and am so happy with the purchase. If you order this item, just know that it should be opened and inspected immediately. I believe the problem is that even though decanter comes in a foam lined very secure box, the stopper was also enclosed in the box and if not enough bubble wrap was used, the solid crystal stopper would rattle around and hit the base, shattering it. I did contact Ralph Lauren to report the problem since it happened more than once and hopefully they have addressed it he issue on their end as well.

Beautiful piece! The card attached with my Father's Day Greeting was not readable. The printer was low on toner. (bummer)

Most "sought-after" Ralph Lauren Decanter

I have looked for this decanter for years. Finally, Ralph Lauren bought it back! Thank you Ralph. It is well worth the wait. In classic Ralph Lauren style, the polo riders lets you immediately know that it is Polo. The weight is nice and it looks so good sitting on my bar. I love it.
