Pretty, but duller than the marketing photos

Maybe it was just my expectation being too high, but compared to the marketing photos, the colors on this set are not as bright in person, and the set looks a bit more like a washed/faded style rather than a saturated one. For instance, what looks almost orange in the listing really comes out more beige-to-brown. I'd recommend that anyone looking at these kinds of upscale sets look for as many real photos as they can in natural lighting. I still love the set itself, but I am happy I got it on sale. I don't think I would've purchased it for tag price.
