Comfortable and adorable dress

This dress is adorable and comfortable. Perfect with fashion tennis shoes or cute sandals. Great for warm weather or even with a jean jacket for cooler weather. The waist is elastic and stretchy even with the tie. I’m a petite and it hit a few inches above my knee but this would still work on a taller person. It’s not overly short.
