Great product, bad service

The pants themselves are great. Bloomingdale's is the issue. They have a UPC mixup in the warehouse; I got the wrong style/size twice before finally receiving the correct product. The Noosa is not as light as pictured -- they have the photos wrong on the site. It's a mid-blue (perfect color). I'd refer to the Rag and Bone website.
