No Steam Control switch
Works well enough to get the job done. I don't like that the handle does not have a button to control the release of steam. It is continuous once turned on. This make is a danger of steam burns. It also shortens the time between refilling the tank. The previous steamer I had from another brand, I was able to leave on and ready, but walk away temporarily without continuous steam pouring out. I am a small business owner and can't always dedicate 100% attention to steaming. I had to replace the previous steamer due to a cracked tank.

Gets the job done
Not a bad product but could use some improvements towards making the feel more durable and possibly make the stand up rack a bit taller.other then that the job gets done just takes a little time

Strong Steam, saving me time!
The steamer works as promised and I am able to get through my clothes with ease and quickly. I appreacite support more as I had an issue and they were able to resolve it asap. Would recommend

Just Okay
The pros: Sleek, lightweight, smaller tank which is easier to manage, and heats up fairly quickly. Cons: Clips are flimsy so it doesn’t keep shorts/pants in place (they slide around too easily), the rod that holds the clothes while steaming doesn’t swivel (my old one did and I loved that feature) so you have to move around the steamer to get all angels, when you hang the steamer the head faces you which is kind of strange (dangerous) because the steam comes out facing you (with my old one you could hang it either direction). Needless to say, returning this one and buying the updated version of my old one (Rowenta).

Works perfectly!
I’ve had this for over a year now and it’s been great. It’s a big step up over the small travel steamer I’d been using. This one puts out enough to quickly steam a suit jacket, dress, or trousers. It’s cut down on the need to make trips to the dry cleaners.

NOT HAPPY
HORRIBLE QUALITY LASTED JUST A FEW MONTHS. MY SON BOUGHT THIS PRODUCT FOR ME FOR CHRISTMAS. THERE WAS NO WARRANTY REGISTRATION PAPERWORK IN THE BOX AT ALL. PURE SITE WAS NOT USER FRIENDLY WHEN I TRIED TO REGISTER THE PRODUCT. nOT AT ALL PLEASED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT. USED IT ABOUT SIX MONTHS OFF AND ON THEN IT SIMPLY STOPPED WORKING.
