The devil is in the details

When buying a luxury/designer item presentation and packaging is just as important as well. When my packages arrived, the prada packaging was torn apart making me feel like I bought this sunnies from a random lady off the street. Do better bloomingdales.

Totally agree, is impressive that store like this doesn’t care about their clients and their products. I ordered two times a pair of moon boots, and the two times they were dirty ☹️
