Do not order from Bloomingdales

This item was delivered to a city over 4 hours away from the actual shipping address, which was correctly entered on all order information. I've tried to get an answer from Bloomingdale's (and UPS) on its whereabouts and they cannot answer. I have to wait 3 - 5 days for even an email to acknowledge the item is missing, and then 7 - 10 days for a refund. Absolutely atrocious "customer service." I will never order from Bloomingdale's ever again.
