Wrong bag sent
I purchased this bag and was sent the incorrect bag. I was told to send the bag back for them to deny or approve to get my refund. They told me my request was denied. So not only do I not have my $$ back I don’t even have a bag? Customer service was so unhelpful. Would never recommend buying a luxury item through bloomingdales online
