Order directly from Prada

I really love the shoes, but unfortunately I ordered a size too large. That said, I strongly recommend purchasing directly from Prada. I placed my order on 12/21 and returned the item on 12/27 in order to exchange it for the correct size. As of today, 1/19, I still have not received my refund. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and we are now well past the holiday. My boyfriend still hasn’t received his gift because I’m waiting on this refund. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times through chat, but the issue remains unresolved. I’m very disappointed with the delay and the overall experience.
