Don't be fooled

These dishes are very attractive and durable, however the glaze on these dishes is not good. My dishes are not yet a year old and they already have scratches. It's just myself and my husband, we are not hard on them at all. Love everything about these except this.

Love our new Sophie Conran Dishes

We registered and received our everyday dishware, some serving pieces and casserole dishes from this line for our wedding. It has a modern, whimsical look and the white makes it elegant. We haven't had any issues so far with breakage. If you drop a dish and it chips, be thankful. Porcelain will break. We hand wash our dishes because our apartment doesn't have a dishwasher (unfortunately) I think hand washing lends itself to more broken dishes, but none so far. I hope they keep this line, so replacements can be made if needed. It's great and we love it!

impulse addition to my registry and I love it!

I added a few pieces from this collection to our wedding registry and my cousins bought it all and I just love it! It's so pretty, yet not too fancy for everyday. I just wish all the colors were available for every piece. White it great for highlighting food, but the other colors are so pretty too!

Lovely, but delicate

Pieces are very pretty and perform well, however, you must be careful not to chip them. On my very first washing the casserole lid slipped out of my hands and I chipped the base. It was very unfortunate, and I was very bummed. However, I still love the pieces and I plan on purchasing other pieces. I have baked stuffing, chicken and other items in the casserole and both came out nicely.
