Disappointing Quality and Terrible Packaging

I really wanted to love this, especially for the price, but the quality was a huge letdown. The robe is advertised (and reviewed) as soft and plush, but what I received was scratchy, stiff, and nowhere near luxurious. For something at this price point, I expected a comfortable, high‑end feel - instead it felt cheaper than options I’ve seen at big‑box stores. The packaging was also a joke. Everything arrived stuffed into thin plastic that was covered in tape, which made the whole unboxing experience feel sloppy and low‑effort. Definitely not what I expect from Bloomingdale’s or from a brand like Polo Ralph Lauren. I’m returning this item and am guessing I won't be returning to purchase anything else from Bloomingdale's ever again. Save your money - the quality does not match the price.
