Versatile classy dress

Poor quality

I purchased this from Saks. I could not believe when I received the item the top part is flimsy cotton, and the bottom part is very thin cotton material. For over $500 this is a total rip off. You can get better dresses at banana republic or even fast fashion J.Crew. Don’t buy this.
