Zipper Pull Tab came off of zipper slider

Zipper Pull Tab came off of zipper slider There is a metal cap that keeps the pull tab in place. The metal cap fell off and the pull tab cannot be reattached. Ralph lauren says tough luck. Ralph Lauren does not stand behind their product when something is defective. Walmart does a better job when there is a product defect. Can't co much with a hoodie that won't zip!
