Sweater had perfume and hairs on it

The sweater had long black hairs on it and reeked of perfume. Best case, it was tried on at a physical store (it still had store price tags on it). Worst case, someone wore it and returned it. But the ick factor is significant.This should not have been sent out. So I will not be buying from Bloomingdales online again. The sweater itself is lovely - I had bought the same one directly from Ralph Luaren, but the Boomingdales one was on sale.
