Disc is stuck so I can’t clean

I don’t know if I bought a device that was used but there was a disc and filter attached. When I tried to take the disc off it was stuck. You’re suppose to take it off to clean. I’ve emailed PMD directly to see if the item is defective. Also it does not charge.

Worst Experience

The first time I used this product, it went fine. However, the second time, when I used this product it gave me scars all over my face. My face became red and I felt a burning sensation for more than 24 hours. I am returning this product. And yes I used the product second time, after a gap of 8 days. And never rolled it twice on the same spot on my face. It sill turned red and made my face very ugly. And I cannot compromise my face's skin.

Highly recommended

I have sensitive/combination skin with hormonal acne. I have been using this product for 8 months. I use it every week or every other week with PMD a recovery sheet mask. It definitely works for acne and acne scars.

I ❤️ this product!!

I have used this product weekly since I purchased it 4-5 weeks ago. I am amazed at what comes off my face after washing it! Don't be afraid to go under your chin too! Gets all the dead skin off your face and allows your serums and moisturizers to do their work instead of laying on top of all that dead skin! My skin feels so much softer and baby smooth!!
