Worst Customer Service

First, let me say I love Pistola and these pants would be great…if Bloomingdale’s sent the correct item. Instead, Bloomingdale’s sent me a mislabeled pair. Additionally, the pair they sent was covered in stains. I contacted customer service to see about exchanging to the correct item. The size I ordered was no longer in stock so they agreed to refund to my original payment (PayPal). However, they issued me a gift card instead. When I contacted customer service to fix the form of repayment I was told they do not issue refunds to PayPal accounts and they would only issue a gift card refund. I asked where was this policy listed on their website. I was told the policy is not written on their website, but they will not issue refunds to customers using PayPal. This is an absolutely ridiculous policy to not have expressly written on their website. I have contacted PayPal in hopes of receiving an actual refund and not a gift card. Lesson learned, don’t buy from Bloomingdale’s!
