Color Transfer Issue with Dress Request for Assi

Dear Customer Service, I recently purchased a dress that I absolutely loved — the color is beautiful, and it was perfect for a fall wedding. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that the dye from the dress transferred onto my husband's suit and shirt, leaving noticeable stains. Unfortunately, this not only ruined our photos from the event but also caused permanent damage to his clothing. I cannot take the risk of wearing the dress again under these circumstances. I would appreciate it if you could assist me with this issue. I am hoping for a resolution, whether through a refund or exchange. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
