Worst Customer Service

I had this ring stolen from the box before it was delivered to my house. I called Bloomingdale’s to submit a claim, they have denied my claim with pictures I’ve provided. I can’t submit a claim to the provide because Bloomingdale’s has blocked it. So Bloomingdale’s just expects me to be ok being out $350. Insane customer service.
