Thank you for sharing your feedback. It appears that the pump for the product is inside of the cap, you may have twisted off and removed the pump while removing the cap. To remove the cap, pull straight up. You can pump the product out, when finished you can push the cap down to close it again. Even my husband!!

I was looking for something that would help my face/skin tighten and highlight my good features. At 66, I really want to highlight, not to surgically enhance. V3 been using this serum for 2 weeks, and my husband noticed m cheekbones!!

Makes my skin luminous and radiant!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free from Skeepers and Peter Thomas Roth in exchange for my honest opinion. Wow, this serum is amazing! I love the instant results. Upon application, my skin was immediately more luminous. I love the glow that this leaves! After about a week of use, my skin started to appear a bit more firm and defined. I think overall, what I love most about this product, is that that I can wear it standalone. If I don’t want to wear heavy makeup, this is perfect to add just a bit of blur to imperfections and overall radiance. I slap on some mascara and lip tint, then I am ready to go! When I want a bit more of a finished look, this also looks great under a foundation.
