Old product

I had to look for a review on YouTube to understand the consistency. The mask I received was totally dried out and therefore, didn't work (i.e., no heating sensation). The consistency of the mask I received was of a plaster instead of a clay. It was impossible to apply as it was falling off the face! Macy's should check the quality and expiration of the products before distrusting to customers. Disappointed in the store.

Miracle mask

Must have.... results in 3 days.. It smoothes and brightens my skin. My skins has thank me for this miracle in a jar. This is definitely a must have.

Unfortunately underwhelmed

Unfortunately, it wasn’t for me. I tried this product as directed and saw no real benefit, it was a difficult formula to work with, I wish it would’ve worked better for me.
