Inconsistent sizing

Size is a problem and some of your shorts fit me as 40 and others 42. I prefer shorts with a stretch waist. I don’t like returning items.

Too baggy

Had previously gotten other shorts and wanted more of the same. Unfortunately the others had nothing inside labeling the model. I got these and was not happy with how baggy they were.
