Not as good as it’s predecessor.

Please bring back the cold plasma plus intensive hydrating complex. This product that replaced, it is not as good.

Disappointed! Bring back the old formula!!

I am sooo disappointed in this version!! I live in the mountains where it’s very dry all year long and I have pretty dry skin to begin with. It’s so bad that I would constantly have to apply face lotion to feel moisturized. However, about a year and half ago, I received their original cold plasma plus, the intensive hydrating complex as a sample, and couldn’t believe how it hydrated my skin all day and how amazing my skin looked—I’m 45. I was getting compliments from strangers on how beautiful my skin was everywhere I went, including the women in my aesthetician’s office. While it was on the expensive side, w felt it was worth the cost and I started religiously purchasing it. I was so excited to finally find a product that delivered the all-day glass skin look I have been striving for. Then it suddenly changed. I thought I was purchasing the same product, but when I received it and saw how runny it was and the color, I thought there was some kind of a mistake, only to find out it was discontinued and this was the “new and improved” version. I was tempted to send it back, but thought, “if they changed something already so great, this must be an even better product”. I’ve been using the new one every single day for over a month hoping I will wake up to see the results of the previous product, and everyday I wake up to the same dull and dry skin. Not worth the $!

Advanced Hydrating Complex

I have been a customer, using the previous intensive hydrating complex version of this product. It was thicker and I have never had such a beautiful level of hydration for my skin, often joking that it must have had magic fairy dust in it. Unfortunately, the new formula is thinner and for me, not the same level of hydration. I am using the new product, however not as happy with it. If there is a different product I should be trying, please advise. Thank you.

Horrible, dry, makes skin dry & ashy, hate it

This new formula is the worst, it’s like wearing sunscreen that makes your skin dry and ashy looking. My face looked like chalk, dry and dull with this products. Bring back the old formula

NOT THE SAME! Horrible change!

Burns and irritates. The old formula was perfect, rich, soothing, moisturizing. This new “lighter” formula is horrific.

Not what I was expecting.

I purchased this product by mistake. I meant to re-order Cold Plasma Plus+ The Intensive Hydrating Complex, which was an ultra-thick, balm-like cream. The product is more lotion like, and I don't feel it moisturizes as well as the other one did. Plus, although it's marketed as 'fragrance free', it has a chemical scent which is very unappealing to me. I was looking forward to receiving the product I used before and used rewards points, so I was very disappointed when I started using it. I will not be purchasing it again and now see the other product is no longer available. I hope the other product returns.
