Suit did not come with pants

I ordered size 38 black, my son fits nicely. However, suit did not come with matching trousers. I called customer service and they could not locate pants!! Big disappointment because I could not find these matching pants sold anywhere in black. Customer service only offered 10% off the sales price for just the jacket, no pants.
