This cardigan is cut too short in the back

This cardigan is ok but it’s not what I’d expect for the price. It has an odd fit, overall big and baggy. The front end is a good length but the back end is very short. It rides up to the middle of my back and looks disproportionate. If I were to go smaller it would maybe be a bit less baggy but it wouldn’t solve the length isdue for the back of the cardigan. It’s too bad because the cardigan I’d very cute as far as color and pattern goes and is very comfortable.
