Bloomingdale’s - never again

Bloomingdale’s sent wrong size and then made me wait on the phone over an hour for me to try to get them to fix their mistake in my refund - they first issued as a gift card instead of my original payment when they sent me the wrong size item in the first place. Have lost a customer for life.
