I would say it is

I would say it is a 3. 5 stars but giving it 4 stars. Great pillow for hot sleepers, this is my third Casper pillow and I really like them. The worst part about all the pillows I have had so far is the pillow case that it comes with, I find that traps all the heat inside the pillow. I usually remove the outside case but then the pillow gets dirty really fast and there is no way to clean it. Definitely recommend, hope they can make the pillow even colder and figure out the case it comes in.

Way too thin. I regret

Way too thin. I regret this purchase, which was very expensive. It is intensifying my neck cramps from side sleeping, not relieving them. Because it is so thin, my jaw nearly touches my shoulder. Even when I unwrapped it, I thought a part of the pillow was missing bc it was so thin.

Too thin

I am a side sleeper. This was supposed to be good for side sleeping. It is too thin. I do have broad shoulders, however, this is made for a very small framed person.

It was not at all

It was not at all like the pillow I tried in the store. If I had to guess, they removed the quilted cover and just put the cooling technology in a pillowcase. I am very disappointed.
