Pretty. A little goofy shaped — too bulbous.

I bought a service for 16 along with coordinating serve bowls. Very disappointed. They are scratched and discolored after only a few months.

Hell D, We are very sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your new dishes, as we strive to provide the highest quality products. In regard to the scratches, it sounds like what you are experiencing is "metal marks" which are common on ceramic dishware and are a result of certain types of silverware being used with the dishes. Some silverware is hard and some silverware is soft and all have different amounts of nickel. The good news is that the marks can easily be removed with with “Zud” or “Bar Keepers Friend” (a non-abrasive powder cleanser) which are inexpensive and can be purchased from any hardware store. Create a thick paste with the cleanser and using a damp cloth by hand, apply pressure & rub to remove the nickel markings. If you need any further assistance, please reach out to Macy's customer service team and they should be able to help.
