Slices a bit too thin

I love the concept of this tool! However, I found (as a previous reviewer mentioned) that on the hand-held, three setting slicer, even the widest of the three cutter settings slices too thinly for my purposes. I was hoping to use the mandoline to slice zucchini for grilling. I see that there’s another version of the mandoline with seven settings and I would consider purchasing that one. But I don’t see what those thicknesses are. Can anyone advise me?

OXO Good Grips Hand-Held Mandoline Slicer

I just got this. First time using it. Was a little tough to change the setting to widest. Did a nice job of slicing a potato. Now I cannot change the setting. I wanted to use it to more thinly slice an onion. Frustrating!
