Love Oxo

We love the oxo brand. This is the mandoline slicer we decided on because of the brand. It glides nicely and peels effortlessly. We mostly use it for onions. Haven’t had any issues in the time we’ve owned it. Recommend for your kitchen!

Not possible to remove the blade

I’m rating this a one star because there is no possible way to remove the blade for sharpening. This is an extremely dangerous designed as every cook know the most dangerous tools in the kitchen is a dull knife/blade. This is completely unusable and is know land fill as the mandolin is completely unsafe too use. Once again a product is landfill due to cheap mass manufacturing. If possible I would rate this a -5 out of 5 due to it being unusable after only a handful of uses.

Works Great!

Great Mandoline

I held off buying a Mandoline slicer for years because I was afraid of slicing off my fingertips in pursuit of thinly sliced vegetables. However I recently bought this handheld Mandoline along with cut-resistance kitchen gloves and it is working great. Easy to use and to clean, and small kitchen-friendly as it is small and stows away nicely. Highly recommend!

Thin or Thicker
