Much better than your plastic version, which broke and pieces were in my mouth because they mixed into the ice cream. Hope you never make the plastic version again.

Strong and sturdy.

Love this scoop it is great for scooping ice cream. It is also the perfect size if you want to bake large cookies. It is heavy duty and stands up well to a cookie dough.

Bought these as gifts for grown grandchildren along /w a jar of hot fudge sauce & a coupon for Graeter’s Ice Cream - a company in Cinti., OH for 108 years. I didn’t try out the ice cream scoop before I purchased 12 of them. Can’t give you a review. I assumed that’sthey were the best.
