The wrong item was sent

I am very disappointed with this purchase. The wrong item was sent, and when I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, no viable solution was offered to ensure I received the correct item by Christmas. This was meant to be a gift, and the lack of urgency or accommodation was extremely frustrating. Overall, the experience fell well below expectations.
