Lasts but faulty pump

I love this balm, it’s the only thing that lasts all day keeping me hydrated . I have the large size and have difficulty getting it out with the pump. This is something they should take a 2nd look at. This is why it only gets 4 stars.

Reformulated and watered down

Sorry Osea, but you have watered down your product and I will no longer purchase it. Used to be so thick, now it is oily and runny. What a shame.

Awful

I asked for this product as an Xmas gift because I had heard such great things about this company's products and wanted to try them. My excitement was short-lived as this is one of the worst body products I have ever used. It is outrageously greasey, sits on the skin instead of being absorbed and provides absolutely no hydration. Very disappointing.

Love the Product, No love for the Packaging

Absolutely think this is one of the best products on the market but the packaging means you leave 25% in the bottle at the end because you can't get it out. Again, product is amazing but most of the time I can't get the packaging to work easily when opening.
