Overrated product

I apply this oil to my ends from time to time. There was no magic. My hair doesn’t improve in texture, doesn’t become smoother, easier to detangle, or less tangled under hoods and high collars. The only thing I appreciate is that it’s lightweight - it doesn’t make my roots greasy and really absorbs into the ends. So it doesn’t do anything bad - but it also doesn’t really do anything good. I’m still searching for the perfect hair oil - now I’m trying SISLEY-PARIS in the same price range per milliliter.

Great shine

This is a brilliant hair oil. It leaves my hair feeling glossy but light and not heavy. I like to use it before styling to minimise frizz and flyaways. I also love the smell of this (and all products in the Oribe line) and feel it’s quite luxurious, but the price is steep, and there are other comparable products I feel are better value

Best oil that my hair absorbs without heaviness

This is an excellent hair oil that my highlighted curly hair drinks. It absorbs moisture and shines without weight or any greasy texture. The fragrance is beautiful. I’ve used Davines OI but the fragrance was too intense, it weighed my hair down, and didn’t absorb into my hair like Gold Lust. Worth every penny!

Great product

Great product, especially in the winter for fly away hair. I know this product is for hair, but I use it on my face and neck at night. It has amazing the results. My face is so soft and well hydrated. My face even looks younger for this elderly woman, The hand creme and revitalizing handwash are favorites too. Oribe has great products!
