What happened to red?

I love this product and would give it 5 stars, but the dark brown is not a replacement for the red. It’s too dark. The red looked so natural compared to other products out there. Your dark brown is not a replacement. When I emailed to ask what happened to the red, the answer was vague and short. I can’t believe there are not other auburn red heads out there missing this.

Really hard to use

I bought this and can hardly get it to spray. You have to use 2 hands which is very difficult and hard to then reach the places you need to cover.

Faulty Spray Mechanism

This product works well, but it is chalky to the touch. I have experienced a 50% failure rate on the spray mechanism where they simply don't spray at all. I have tried five suppliers, all with the same issue.

need a middle color tone

I like the quality of the touch-up spray, but one is too dark and the other is too light. It is surprising there is not a medium brown

Efficient, great smell

Easy to use and smells lovely. I use it on the roots every other day and it does not leave my hair greasy at all, rather it gives it a nice shine and smell. Not yet sure how long the small bottle will last but I don’t feel like I’m using a lot of product on one spray.
