Excellent oven, slight design improvement needed
The burners are really good and the overall construction great. I slide this into a shelf in an outdoor customized grill station. It would be great if the (3) legs hade a locking mechanism, especially the rear. Currently they don't. I'll improvise and make my own.,

Best Pizza Oven Out There!
Bought the natural gas version. Fired the Koda 16 up the first time for my wife's birthday party later that evening. This pizza oven is fantastic and super easy to use - only had to sacrifice the first pie to the pizza gods before making 11 other fantastic pizzas the first night of use! Everyone loved the pizzas! Helpful Tip: The oven at full throttle gets up to about 950 degrees, which is a bit too hot and somewhat burned that first pizza. I drew it back to about 850-875 degrees and it was perfect from then onwards. Bonus review: A professional chef was in attendance that night - He had never seen an Ooni oven before, but has cooked in a lot of pizza ovens for clients over the years. He was really amazed at how easy the oven is to use and the quality of pizza produced!

Excellent

Ooni for the win
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far loving this thing. I wish it had a carry case option or something to help move it around as it a bit heavy. I ended building a mobile cart that it sits atop with a drawer and a shelf for the peels and misc items, and a lower shelf for the propane tank. I wish there was a spot to post this pic as it turned out to be a great design and it’s easy to store in garage and roll out to the patio when needed. Now to master the dough. My first pie came out terrible. It sat too long with the sauce and the pizza round became sticky and was hard to scoop up with the peel and even harder to launch. Made a huge mess I’m calling “seasoning the stone” but the next round I made 10 pies for a party and they all came out great.

Koda 16
Love the Koda 16. Hosted our first pizza party and all our friends loved the pizzas we made. Although we could cook in 90 seconds or less, I find I get a better crispier crust by turning down the burners when we put the pizza in. Going with the slower cook method. Then finishing the last few seconds with burners on high giving me the nice brown edges.

Makes great pizza
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look and performance of these little ovens. I’m a professional Neapolitan pizzaiolo. Bought two Ooni Koda oven for a catering event. They heated up quickly and cooked pizzas with similar quality to my brick oven. I like the extra room of the 16” deck vs a smaller one. Takes some practice to nail it, but for a home pizza maker or for portability these oven are great. Don’t expect to get high volume from it. Due to the lower thermal mass, the deck won’t hold its heat and after a few pizzas the floor will cook down, but that’s a trade off with any lightweight portable oven. Also, had to watch a YouTube video on how to light it the first time. You need to hold the knob in for a few seconds after the spark to keep the gas flowing,

I have been thinking of
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been thinking of purchasing for a while, didn’t think it was worth the money, boy was I proved wrong! It’s amazing, heats up quickly, cooks pizza super fast and I thought I would get in a middle with sticky dough but in fact it’s a breeze. I should of purchased one earlier!
