Great peel.

I use it to remove pizzas from the oven, once they are done, and it works very well. It is easy to clean and stores (hangs) nicely from the pizza oven cart that I have.

Pretty good

Great for getting the pizzas out of the oven. I’ve found that it’s hard to flour and not the best for preparing and getting pizzas into the oven. The dough can sometimes stick and we’ve had much better luck with a regular cutting board on sliding the pizza into the oven. Not as easy as it looks
