Unhappy On Cloud Customer

I have many pairs of on Cloud, while I like the many pairs I have I wanted something for use on my treadmill. Like many other bands they now make the tongue so it hits above the ankle bones so for me that’s a fail, someone please tell me why! It’s uncomfortable and really silly looking, I have tried and returned so many pairs of shoes because of this, this pair of On Cloud felt sloppy and wide not a true medium they don’t have half sizes so they are again a sloppy fit.
